Office Management Assistant

A well-established engineering/survey firm is seeking an individual for accounting, human resources, corporate marketing, and project management assistance.

This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills for project administration, document preparation, and business development. Time management, the ability to problem solve and be self-motivated with leadership potential are also keys for success in the position. 

Experience in marketing, basic accounting and general office operations is desired, as well as an individual who is goal oriented, takes charge of assignments, and understands client/customer service.  Fundamental skills for the position include: business management, computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, database, and project management accounting software. Training in technical writing and skills with graphic design are a plus.
